Does the title provoke feelings of unrest?  Does the thought of working with an Agent make you cringe?  That's because you haven't met the "Right One"!  Let's explore how some Agents get your goat and how we are REALLY worth our weight in gold!

I have been on the buying end many times, in homes, cars, furniture, etc.  I know that feeling of dread when I walk into a store and the salesperson is right on me like a bloodhound on a hunt.  I then have to revert to maneuvers to avoid them at all cost.  They are only money hungry, annoying and don't know as much as me, right?  Not always.

Yes, I have dealt with those people who are true salespeople.  They are only out for a buck and don't care about your situation or your pocketbook.  They are pushy and their only interest is padding their pocket.  They are hard core, ruthless, and even downright rude!  They are truly wolves in sheep's clothing.  They aggravate you, they try to pull the wool over your eyes; they aren't honest.

Then, there are "The Others".  The Others truly love people and love what they do.  They constantly educate themselves on the latest products and the market so they can keep you informed.  They take you on and consider all factors involved and work as hard for you as they would for themselves.  They are true professionals all the way!  When I work for a Buyer, I will negotiate on their behalf to obtain the best terms possible and the best price.  On the other hand, I do the same for my Sellers.  I will try to get them the best price possible from a pre-approved and motivated Buyer.

I have people call me all the time and they are so afraid they are going to get "Sold", they keep the conversation short and sweet (sometimes not so sweet).  Yes, we are in sales.  We are not in the stalking business though nor do we bounty hunt.  We show respect and therefore ask the same in return.  Don't let the misconceptions out there sway you from using a qualified Broker/Agent, like myself, to get you the best deal possible.  As always, should you have any questions, I am only a phone call, email, text, twitter or facebook away!
