• Effective immediately the City of Houston will no longer accept DIDR DAP files for processing ($45,000 - $19,500, 120% AMI and 5-year Affordable Period). • All files received in our office after Wednesday, January 13, 2010 will be processed for DAP funds under one of the DAP programs below:

Maximum Income Limits: 80% and below of the area median income (combined family household income)
Affordability Period: 10-years
Must complete the 8-hour homebuyer education course from any participation HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency

Houston Hope
Funding $37,500
Maximum Income Limits: 80% and below the area median income (combined family household income)
Affordability Period: 10-years
Must complete the 8-hour homebuyer education course from any participation HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency
Maximum sales price $200,160
Workforce Housing DAP – New Homes Only, Located in the Houston HOPE Neighborhoods
Funding $30,000
Maximum Income Limits: 80% - 110% of the area median income (combined family household income)
Affordability Period: 10-years
Must compete the 8-hour homebuyer education course from any participation HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency
