• Effective immediately the City of Houston will no longer accept DIDR DAP files for processing ($45,000 - $19,500, 120% AMI and 5-year Affordable Period).
• All files received in our office after Wednesday, January 13, 2010 will be processed for DAP funds under one of the DAP programs below:

Homebuyer Assistance Program (HAP)
- Funding $19,500
- Maximum Income Limits: 80% and below of the area median income (combined family household income)
- Affordability Period: 10-years
- Must complete the 8-hour homebuyer education course from any participation HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency
- Maximum sales price $200,160
- Funding $37,500
- Maximum Income Limits: 80% and below the area median income (combined family household income)
- Affordability Period: 10-years
- Must complete the 8-hour homebuyer education course from any participation HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency
- Maximum sales price $200,160
- Funding $30,000
- Maximum Income Limits: 80% - 110% of the area median income (combined family household income)
- Affordability Period: 10-years
- Must compete the 8-hour homebuyer education course from any participation HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency
- Maximum sales price $150,000
