Shadow Creek Ranch: 305 sales, $81.42 per square foot, up 6.5%

Walden: 296 sales, $86.47 per square foot, up 4.1%

Cinco Ranch West: 272 sales, $102.94 per square foot, up 9.1%

The Woodlands-Village of Grogans Mill: 238 sales, $101.73 per square foot, up 15.7%

Eagle Springs: 217 sales, $76.49 per square foot, up 6.5%

Coles Crossing: 212 sales, $91.99 per square foot, up 8.1%

Houston Heights: 207 sales, $251.72 per square foot, up 12.4%
