Since I met Prof. Stephen Klineberg years ago I have looked forward to reading the annual Houston Area Survey that he and his team produce at the Kinder Institute for Urban Research at Rice University. It is the longest running survey "of any metropolitan region's economy, population, life experiences, beliefs and attitudes". If you own a business in Houston, it's a valuable insight into the minds of Houstonians. For those of you who are planning on moving to Houston, it will show you how Houston has changed over the years, and where it is now. Click here to see the report on the Kinder Institute's website.
