2010

Well it is time to look at a new year
2010
Let's see in 2009, I lost 86 Pounds
My fourth Grand Daughter was born
Some one broke into my house and stole my TV (GRRR)
I lost my mother to a heart attack in February
and I moved back home to help take care of my Father.

I look forward to 2010 with much hope and anticipation.
With the Holidays I have gained 5 pounds and am hitting the gym hard this week to avaoid any more gains.
My son has lost 43 pounds in 4 months by watching his carb intake. He looks like he is in high school again.
