Although it will not be the huge hurrah of the Post Oak Tree Lighting Ceremony on Thanksgiving, The Lighting of Upper Kirby will be a nice celebration of the completion of Kirby Drive "phase 1" improvements. Gather in the Whole Foods parking lot for the festivities beginning at 5pm on Thur, Dec 10.
