It is the season to count our blessings and be thankful! Keep a gratitude journal to give you perspective about the great things in your life. Remember and be grateful for challenges and “negative” experiences because they have taught you valuable lessons in patience, understanding, humility and strength. Commit to practicing gratitude every single day and let others know you appreciate them. Maintain a positive, grateful attitude and you will be amazed at the positive changes in your life!
