Importance of having proper representation. Many people do not feel they need a Realtor. You will need someone to negotiate on your behalf. Always interview your agent to make sure you have hired the most knowledgeable person to get the job done. You will need someone to negotiate on your behalf.
A gaint reason reason people do not want to hire a Real Estate agent, they believe that they are responsible for pay our commission fee's .
This is absolutely not true. The seller pays all commission fee's, buyers agent and listing agent. Do not delay in hiring a Realtor as it will cost you not and provide you with proper representation.
