As a REALTOR(R), I understand the single most important factor in maximizing property values is schools. As a community advocate, I have watched our schools take a back seat to apartments, office buildings and retail construction. I have attended and spoken out at School Board and City of Sugar Land meetings. Developers have chosen this busy holiday season for families to bring forth their proposal for high density apartments. Special interests have prevailed in our local community.
