Avalon in Sugar Land's Riverstone JUST ANNOUNCED

Taylor Morrison just announced they have purchased 184 acres in Riverstone in the Sugar Land ETJ in which they will build approximately 338 homes. Homes sales are expected to begin in the first quarter 2012, ranging in size from 2500 square feet to over 6000 square feet. School zoning would still be an unknown factor as Riverstone's master plan reflects new schools but Fort Bend ISD has no commitment to build as far as I know. It will still be tough to beat the beauty, prime location and school zoning of the original Avalon community in Sugar Land. Visit our web site at www.AvalonSugarLand.com for a video tour.
