Can't find the perfect home in Sugar Land? Tired of the same old tract home communities with the same boring homes? Think about building in old Sugar Land. I did and I love it!!! I built this home in 2006 just down the street from the Imperial Sugar Mill. NO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AND THE LOWEST TAX RATE IN SUGAR LAND!!! I designed exactly what I wanted in this home. Stop by for the Sugar Land Garden Club home and garden tour on May 7 from 9am to 4pm. I have two of my homes on the tour this year.
