The most recent news indicates the school district may be backing down on rezoning...for now. There has been some indication that the rezonong may be delayed for one year. That news means Clements High School will remain over capacity for now. Homeowners and buyers should not breathe a sigh of relief from this news. The areas affected by zoning remain possible/probable targets in the future. Still no final decision planned until March.
