Pearland Oilers Parade Time Set

The world champion Pearland Oilers Football team has it’s victory parade time set. The Pearland Oilers will be honored with a parade on Jan. 8, 2011 starting at approximately 4:30PM. The Oilers will start the victory parade at FM 518 and Pearland Parkway and head towards the football stadium, “The Rig”. Then at 5:30 PM they will have a pep rally and the public is invited.
The football team is the latest Pearland team to win a state title. The Lady Oilers softball team also won state and the Pearland Little League finished second in the nation.
