Fort Bend County is growing! I'm thrilled to introduce a new video series spotlighting new communities under development in Fort Bend County. Each video will feature a different community, giving you a sneak peek at what’s on the horizon in our area.
Today, we're kicking off with Indigo, an innovative agrihood community in Richmond. TX. Check out my latest video, but here's a quick summary about this up-and-coming community!
Key Highlights:
Sprawling Development: Indigo will span 235 acres and feature 800 homes starting from the high $200Ks to well over $500K.
• Top Builders: David Weekley Homes, Empire Communities, and Highland Homes.
• Diverse Home Styles: Indigo will offer a variety of home styles, including single-family homes, townhomes, duets, clusters, and cottages. Presales are now available on some of the homes.
• Pedestrian-Friendly Design: Built around the concept of pedestrian travel, Indigo features homes on smaller lots to foster a close-knit community feel.
• Urban Farm: 42 acres dedicated to sustainable agriculture, offering residents farm-fresh produce and opportunities to get involved.
• Indigo Lake: A serene 25-acre lake perfect for kayaking, swimming and nature walks.
