The average Realtor in the US sells between 6 and 8 homes per year, according to the National Association of Realtors. Do you want to hire someone who does this a handful of times each year or a couple of times each month or more?

When you are selecting a professional to represent your best interests in the largest financial transaction most of us make in our lifetimes, you can save yourself a lot of heartache by getting as much information as possible up front. If the agents you are considering choose NOT to have their sales records posted on HAR.com for the world to see, I would certainly want to know why.

Be an informed consumer and ask specific questions. It will pay you in the end.
