On the home front, I have two new listings coming on the market this week, one priced at $279,500 and the other at $485,000. Both homes have great possibilities for success, as I will have completed the professional staging and photography on both homes this week.
The real exciting news is that the two offices of Coldwell Banker United Realtors in The Woodlands will be merging this week as we relocate to our brand-new building and offices located at 4225 Research Forest Dr, at the intersection with Technology Forest Dr. The new Villa Sport Club is also in this new business center, so we'll have access to great workouts within walking distance of the office.
Our office manager and VP, Cindy Haman, is such an outstanding leader and motivator. She is responsible for making our office the #1 producing office for Coldwell Banker in the entire Houston-metro area, and she is even more excited than me about our new office. Thanks, Cindy!
