Why it is important go give feedback on listings

I always send a feedback on the properties that I show.  I believe this is a must because that can give the listing agent an idea of what you missing on your listing. It could be something inside or outside the house. Showing agents can let you know if the property is overpriced or reasonably priced. It can help the listing agent go to the seller about the opinion of the potential buyer. Selling agent feedback helps listing agents with any difficulty they might have with the seller for a previous suggestion whether on the price, needed repairs or cleaning/decluttering.  Showing agents and prospective buyers can help with suggestions to make the home more appealing to the buyer’s eyes. Giving feedback quickly after showing is something I believe is one of the best ways we can help each other.
