Today I wanted to share with you all things Twelve Oaks, Tomball TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Twelve Oaks is a master-planned community located in Tomball, Texas. Nestled in a wooded area of Harris County, it is directly off 2978 and between 249 & 45. Anticipate a 20 minute drive east to get to The Woodlands. This neighborhood is also 40 minutes outside downtown Houston.

Why folks choose Twelve Oaks:

Imagine a place with a forest reserve close to urban life.  The new construction homes here provide expansive backyards with many trees all around for an immersive nature experience. Lot sizes range anywhere from half an acre to 2 full acres, offering you more privacy than your average neighborhood. Not to mention, there is easy access to all the business hubs around town.

Twelve Oaks operates a security gate offering residents privacy and a tranquil environment. Being just minutes from Tomball Parkway and the Grand Parkway, your daily commute will be effortless. The community hosts a picnic area and is planning installation of a running track and bicycle trail in the phase 2 of building.

District Rating:

A Rated Tomball ISD rates in an A in all sectors, from academics, to diversity, college prep and clubs/activities. Tomball ISD houses 19 schools within its district: eleven are A rated, and seven are B rated. The schools that received the highest designation schools are Creekside Forest Elementary School, Creekside Park Junior High, Decker Prairie Elementary School, Oakcrest Intermediate, Northpointe Intermediate, Tomball Intermediate, Tomball Memorial High School, Tomball Star Academy, and Willow Wood Junior High School.

Head out to Tomball Farmers Market, open every Saturday, to support your local businesses and vendors. Wal-mart, Kroger, and H-E-B are all easily accessible for all your necessities. Burroughs Park, a few minutes down Hufsmith Road, has walking trails, a pond for fishing, and dog park all available at your fingertips. Visit Splashtown Water Park, only 20 minutes away for a day full of sun and fun. Folks also appreciate the closeness of The Woodlands medical center as it gives a peace of mind.
