I will also provide you with an Estimate of your Closing Cost affiliated with the Home Sale so that you can ascertain your Estimated Net Proceeds.

Our Goal is to put forth an Effective Marketing Plan so that we can reach Prospective Buyers who will appreciate your Home and who will then submit a Bona Fide written offer. I will then negotiate the offer with your Best Interests at heart.
