I am a longtime Houston area resident, born and raised, and I have witnessed the evolution of each part of this sprawling metro. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BSA degree in Physics.

Charlotte was born in Houston and raised by an outstanding home builder, and was exposed to the building industry from a very young age. After receiving her degree from the University of Houston, she owned and operated a plumbing company for 12 years. Wanting to have experience in all real estate areas, she worked as a mortgage loan officer for 5 years, and next, as a title company Escrow Officer. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, she handled the real property investment for her family for many years. She joined Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS in 2017, and has been awarded the Five Star Professional designation for the last 5 years. Her knowledge base comprises all areas of real estate, and she says that she always gets excited by selling your home or finding your perfect property!

I was originally born and raise in Miami, Fl. I am a former student athlete of The University of Texas @ Austin.
