I am a fourth generation real estate entrepreneur in the Southeast Texas area. The real estate business flows through my blood. I love every aspect of each type of real estate transaction. After being personally involved in the real estate world since the age of 20 years old, I took it upon myself to start my own team named The Phelan Group, LLC, which is officed at Keller Williams Realty of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. I work with all different types of real estate including; residential, commercial, farm and ranch, foreclosures, investment properties, coastal properties, and developments.

My philosophy is based on my firm belief that the Realtor's prime motivator should be service. If you truly listen to your clients needs and wants, they will meet their real estate goals. I measure my accomplishments by the satisfaction of my clients. It is my responsibility to help counsel and guide them through the process of selling or purchasing a new home.

My capacity for empathy and constructive communication, in addition to my negotiation and sales abilities, was fine-tuned during two decades in the medical and social services fields. I have been involved in everything from patient financial and surgical procedures counseling to administration and human resources.

In addition, my portfolio of expertise includes vital local market knowledge. I focus on delivering uncompromising expert service to buyers and sellers of distinctive property. I have sold properties in Texas as well as Southern California.

Always striving for personal and professional evolution while taking time to enjoy life, I love to travel, cook and spend time with family and friends. I call myself a "foodie," and enjoy experimenting with recipes and restaurants.

I LOVE to look at houses. I guess that is a good thing since I am a real estate agent. My love for looking at houses all started when I was a child growing up. We didn't have much money and gas was cheap, so on days when my dad was off and we didn't have anything to do (this was before cell phones, personal computers, internet and social networks) my family would hop in the car and just drive around with me and my brother hanging out the car windows (this was before the seat belt law) looking at houses. We all would say which houses we liked the best. I grew to appreciate different styles and craftsmanship. I believe this is what cultivated my love for houses. I enjoy helping people sell one of their most valuable assets, their homes, and helping people make one their largest investments, buy a home.

Currently serving the Beaumont, Port Arthur, Port Neches, Groves, Orange, Bridge City, Lumberton, Buna, Silsbee, Hamshire, Fannett and Nederland areas. Licensed in March 2001. My service to the industry includes: Board of Realtors' President on PN,PA,NED Board of Realtors 2008, VP 2007, Secretary 2006, TREPAC CHAIRMAN 2005-2007. I haved served on various other committees. Community Service includes: member of Liberty Baptist Church, High School Sunday School teacher 2007-present. Awards include Top Producer Sales, Multi-million dollar producer since 2002, Relocation award, Kinsmen Homes New Construction Top Producer Award etc.
