I am a New Construction and Resale Residential Specialist in Houston and surrounding areas. I work with buyers and sellers in all price ranges. I work with professional photographers, videographers, stagers, transaction coordinators everything to make your house look like a magazine cover before hitting the market. I enjoy using the latest tools and technology in negotiating the best terms for your property. I really enjoy working with Out-of-town buyers, first-time home buyers, & investors. My role isn't just about negotiating the best price for my client, but also to make a transaction smooth so they can enjoy the process and look at it as an achievement and not a transaction. Prior to my career in and passion for real estate, I attained my bachelor's degree of Fine Arts from McNeese State University, which led me to a successful teaching career, whole-heartedly devoting myself to my students and community as a vocal music educator/private instructor for 18 years.

As a teacher, my top priorities were always caring for my students and providing them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they needed to successfully achieve their goals. I believe teaching is a gift that keeps on giving; it provided me life-long skills in the art of communication, listening, sympathizing, partnering skills, and helping others realize their full potential in light of difficult circumstances.
