Julia Durdin Owens is the proud Broker & Operating Principal at Keller Williams Elite Realty located in Baytown. Donna has two decades of effective representation of commercial property owners, investors, landlords and tenants. She is serving a 5th term as Planning and Zoning Commissioner and is in her 2nd elected term as Vice Chairwoman.

Donna provides an understanding of land use, work with municipalities on easements, permits and assemblages, repurposing structures to the highest and best use, managing construction and construction budgets with the specific intent to maximize the income and minimize the expenses of income-producing properties. As an Investment Advisor, Donna negotiates complex transactions including 1031 exchanges, corporate office leases, multifamily and retail sales and the property management thereof. Her cultivated retail, multifamily, land and light industrial experience is delivered with premium service to each client.

Donna's time with her family is the heart of her life. She also cherishes the Sister met at Big Brothers/Big Sisters 20 years ago. Donna is committed to working with nonprofits to address the several concerns that contribute to homelessness.

As a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), Donna has valued relationships and continues her commercial real estate education. She is a certified paralegal and a graduate of Fordham University and The Joseph Business School.

Devin Hooper was born and raised in Baytown, Texas. He graduated in 1984 from Ross Sterling. His first jobs while in high school was working at Grays Pharmacy, Estes Exxon and KBUK radio station as a DJ. He has had many jobs through the years including Comcast where is worked 17 years as an advanced tech, Galveston Historical Foundation in the architectural salvage warehouse and the assistant to the director at Baytown Historical Museum. He has always cared about others and wanted to make them happy and the jobs he chose reflected that.

In 1984 when he was a senor in high school he found an old building and wanted to learn more about what it was used for. It had square nails which is something he had never seen, so he asked his history teacher if he knew anything about the building. Very little information was available. He made it his mission to find out all he could about the old building. As it turned out it was the Wooster School built in 1898. With all the research, interviewing old students and a teacher from the school, his teacher told him to enter the history contest. He won 1st place in city and regional contest, then went on to state where he placed 2nd in the Texas State History Finals. That old school was later restored and placed at Independence Park on North Main where it being used again to teach students.

In Devin's off time he enjoys spending time with family, friends, fishing, camping and antique festivals. He volunteers as a docent at Baytown Historical Museum teaching people about Baytown history or you might find him down in Galveston enjoying the food and history that surrounds the island.

His hobbies include off-roading in his Jeep Wrangler, wood work and turning custom pens on his lathe.

Lauren Corbett has lived, loved, and enjoyed her life in Baytown since 2005. She has an intimate knowledge of the community. Lauren has attended elementary, junior high, and high school in Goose Creek CISD and graduated from Sterling High School. She appreciates the movement of the market and is committed to delivering the highest possible level of customer service. She epitomizes honesty, perseverance, and personability in each step of the real estate transaction. Lauren's attention to her clients needs, expectations, and follow ups are what has turned her clients into life-long friends. She has the technology and resources to generate demand for your property, provide buyers with their desired information, and have the ability to create strong online marketing. While Lauren loves her work, she also loves her family time. She loves watching football with her husband and Sunday night dinner at her in-laws.

I was born and raised in the Baytown area. I graduated Texas A&M in 2005 with a BBA in Finance. I spent 12 years in the commercial real estate industry, prior to obtaining my sales associate license in 2019. I was a commercial real estate appraiser analyst and trainee (6 years) and new development analyst for a commercial retail developer (6 years). I've always loved residential real estate and have kept up with the trends in my area. I was awarded the RE/MAX 100% Club Award my first year in real estate, which is awarded only to a select group of high-producing RE/MAX sales associates. I am authorized to appraise 1-4 unit residential real property without regard to transaction value or complexity in both federally related and non-federally related transactions. I am also a SRA designated member of The Appraisal Institute since April 2008, and serve on the following boards and panels: FHA Roster, VA Panel, USDA-Rural Housing, and Fannie Mae REO Panel.

Appraisal assignments have involved properties in the following Texas counties: Brazoria, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty, Chambers, Galveston, Jefferson, and Montgomery. Appraisal assignments have involved properties in the following Kansas counties: Douglas, Franklin, Miami, Johnson, Leavenworth and Wyandotte. Appraisal assignments have involved properties in the following Missouri counties: Cass, Clay, Jackson and Platte.
