I am authorized to appraise 1-4 unit residential real property without regard to transaction value or complexity in both federally related and non-federally related transactions. I am also a SRA designated member of The Appraisal Institute since April 2008, and serve on the following boards and panels: FHA Roster, VA Panel, USDA-Rural Housing, and Fannie Mae REO Panel.

Appraisal assignments have involved properties in the following Texas counties: Brazoria, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty, Chambers, Galveston, Jefferson, and Montgomery. Appraisal assignments have involved properties in the following Kansas counties: Douglas, Franklin, Miami, Johnson, Leavenworth and Wyandotte. Appraisal assignments have involved properties in the following Missouri counties: Cass, Clay, Jackson and Platte.
