Wes Sheets joined The Heyl Group in 2024 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise with him. I have been a Real Estate Agent since 2003, after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and later a Masters in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. Before joining The Heyl Group, I focused on multi-family sales throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana [and the Midwest region in general] as well as residential real estate sales on the Texas Gulf Coast. I am in tune with current market conditions in the area and what drives value for clients, and I take great pride in providing clients with candid feedback. Melinda is a full time agent with Bay City Realty in Bay City, Tx.
