I am a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and native Texan. I have a Bachelors of Science in Geography (GIS) from Stephen F. Austin State University along with a Certificate of Petroleum Land Management from the University of Houston. I've been fully devoted to working in Oil and Gas Land and Real Estate since 2001. We specialize in farm and ranch, land development, industrial site selection and coastal properties. We also offer professional GIS mapping and consult on mineral acquisition or divesting, pipeline Right of way and site planning.
I use the latest technology like ESRI ARC GIS, DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone and Adobe Premiere Pro to produce outstanding maps, pictures and videos to showcase your property. We can produce amazing internal walk-through videos of your home or business in-house, with no additional fees for these services. Melinda grew up in the Bay City area most of her life. She is very diligent in helping with all aspects of the real estate transaction, seeing it from start to finish. She loves to fish and hunt in her spare time relaxing in the great outdoors.

I developed my passion for Real Estate in 2016 when I was forced as a single mom to assume the loan on my own home. Jennifer, born and raised in Bay City, Texas, attended Texas A&M University, received a degree in Management, and went straight to work in Houston, TX. After gaining some experience, she moved back home to Bay City to join the family business. One fateful day she met the love of her life, Ron, and eventually, they moved to Corpus Christi, TX. But her longing to be near her Bay City family eventually led them to settle there. Jennifer's deep appreciation for home and family drives her ability to comprehend her clients' needs.
