I was raised in Tyler, Texas in a big, crazy, and fun family. My parents were huge Notre Dame fans and I too became one, leaving Texas to head to South Bend, Indiana where I majored in Marketing and Arabic at the University of Notre Dame. But, ever since high school, I had always had a desire to go into law enforcement. After college, I volunteered at an orphanage in South Africa and loved it, then later applied to the Austin Police Department. I started my career in law enforcement in 2014 with APD. While in the department, I patrolled the southwest region of Austin, worked on a specialized team that served felony warrants on dangerous criminals and was also a part-time member of the SWAT team. I met my husband in middle school, and we dated off and on for 15ish years before finally getting married and becoming pregnant. After 7 years in the police force, I decided to switch careers so that I not only had a safer career, but also one that allowed more quality time with my family. I recently gave birth to our second daughter, and we are loving the new addition to our family! I have always been passionate about serving others, and I am excited to assist the people in my community in navigating the complex world of real estate!

Curtis Reddehase has always had an innate ability for building great things. Born and raised in the Austin area, his strong work ethic was cemented at a young age finishing concrete slabs and sorting in his grandfather's lumberyard. Growing up in the rural environment of Draper's Cove on Lake Travis, Curtis learned to respect nature, the value of hard work and dedication to things you believe in. These principles have served Curtis faithfully throughout his life and remain ingrained even today as the President of Sky Realty.

Curtis has always been an entrepreneur at heart. He single-handedly began what would become a successful landscaping company in Austin. His unique technical approach and passion for the craft contributed to some of the most sophisticated landscape designs in the area. While he loved the challenge of helping to quite literally grow a home's value and appeal from the outside in, Curtis decided to make a career change this time, focusing on the homes themselves. Curtis entered real estate with a vision to create a "people-centric" business model founded on quality relationships. In 2005, that goal became a reality when Curtis began Sky Realty. "I've never focused on building the biggest real estate company," says Curtis, "Instead, it's about being the best."

For more than a decade, Sky Realty has continued to grow in size and scope, but Curtis has never lost sight of the core principles upon which the business was founded. His naturally outgoing personality and contagious optimism have ensured that the company continues to attract agents who are just as committed to building relationships as they are to generating sales. For Curtis, real estate is much more than a profession, it's a passion. The satisfaction that comes with helping clients to find their perfect dream home is just the icing on the cake.

When Curtis isn't busy leading his team of stellar agents or working with his clients to help them achieve their goals, you can find him spending time with his wife Holly, daughter Sophie, and son Jack sailing on Lake Travis, camping or just enjoying time together as a family. His passion for landscaping remains active, although his energies are now focused on his home garden (just ask him about his tropical garden-scapes!). He remains helpful in the community and leads the Sky Realty team in contributing needed items to underprivileged children at the Florence Comfort House and. He is also heavily involved with The Recognize Good Program, teaching youth about the value of the strong work ethics to which he owes much of his success.

Living in the same area for over 30 years has afforded me the opportunity to serve as a volunteer in several areas of the community.
