"I ran permits at the city, visited job sites, and picked out interior finishes." Before joining Compass, Patty worked as a sales manager for a small boutique real estate firm where she managed 10 agents, guiding their transactions and reviewing their contracts. Patty's extra time is short, but whenever she can, she volunteers with her children's PTO to help plan carnivals, yearbooks, happy hours, and other events. She enjoys working out, running, photography, traveling, and "squeezing in a social life.
