Starting in 1990, as an investor, I bought several properties, fixed, and rented each one. Each 'deal' was a lot of hard work and a ton of fun. I was fortunate to be surrounded by family, friends, and trustworthy business people who guided and taught me along the way. As a result, I have formed a network of professionals, on whom we can all trust....from lenders, inspectors and appraisers, to title companies and a slew of home related vendors. Real estate is not new to me. Whether you want to buy, sell, or lease, providing relevant market information and price comparisons, and contract assistance, opinions and advice are my strong suites.
