Selling or purchasing a home is a very personal, often emotional, experience for people, and one that Jeanne Gaida understands very well, both professionally and personally. A veteran of many personal moves, Jeanne has experienced the challenges and disruption that a move - any move - brings to families and individuals. As a Realtor, she draws on that experience as she guides her clients through the transaction process.

A resident of the Village of Sterling Ridge in The Woodlands, Jeanne is most conversant with The Woodlands and Tomball neighborhoods and, perhaps because of her own background, especially enjoys working with relocation clients. She is a skilled communicator who builds strong, long-term client relationships through her dedication to excellent service and a thorough understanding of each client's goal.

Prior to her career in residential real estate, Jeanne worked in fundraising, event planning and marketing. She excelled in building a network of contacts and clients and continues to expand that network as a Realtor. Jeanne values community service and her commitments include Habitat for Humanity in the Houston area.

Jeanne and her husband have an older daughter at Baylor University and a younger son who attends high school in The Woodlands. She enjoys cooking, being at the beach, and hiking with her family.

Romeo grew up in Los Angeles, California enjoying all of the area's attractions, events and fast-paced lifestyle. But after a successful military career as a U.S. Navy Officer, Romeo decided to call Austin home because of its booming economy, scenic beauty and quality of life. While working as an Operations Manager for Dell, he became involved with Habitat for Humanity, donating his time in assisting with the construction of low income family housing and working alongside others who freely gave of themselves to improve the lives of those around them. It was this positive experience of giving back to the community that would later mould his decision to become a real estate professional.

Romeo's unique life experiences while serving in the military and working in both private and corporate organizations has made him a well-rounded person that easily connects with his clients on different levels. His focus on family life with his wife and son has helped him gain a deeper appreciation of spending quality time at home. It is this same passion of assisting others in finding their perfect home that motivates Romeo to provide his clients with a level of personal service that is rare today. Romeo was also named CitySearch's #1 Rated Realtor in Austin in 2007.

Romeo is a well-known fixture of the Austin real estate market and a Past President of the Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Romeo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Regis University.
