I have lived in the Fort Worth area most of my life and my husband and I have two sons, one daughter-in-law, and two wonderful grandsons. When I am not working, nothing is better than spending time with my family and traveling. I was an elementary school teacher for over a dozen years and as you might expect, I also enjoy educating clients and other realtors about real estate. My goal is to do more than what you might expect by going the second mile for all my clients.

I am originally from the Seattle area. I am married to an amazing lady and have an entrepreneurial son. I enjoy snowboarding, Olympic weightlifting, doing CrossFit and many other fun outdoor activities. I relocated to San Antonio in 2005 and met many amazing people while working all over Texas. In 2018 we bought a second home here in Port Aransas. The laid-back island life and all the fun outdoor activities to do here year-round made it an easy decision to move here full-time. Life does not get any better than here on our island paradise. I look forward to helping you find your amazing piece of paradise or any other real estate needs I can assist you with. I spent 20 years in the sales industry working for a global bakery ingredient manufacturer. I last worked as a Sales Director and National Business Development Director before retiring in 2017. I worked tirelessly to bring value to my clients while building many wonderful friendships. I am an extremely loyal, ethical, passionate and laser focused about taking outstanding care of my clients and their best interests. My love of helping people and personally buying and selling real estate over the years made my decision to become a realtor a very easy one. Background and Experience Richard grew up in Austin, TX, attending High School in South Austin and Austin Community College. His first career started while in High School in the Automotive Retail from 1983 to 2003 holding such positions as Store Manager, Recruiter, District Trainer and Human Resource Director for AutoZone Inc. His experiences at all levels management has given him a greater prospective with regards to customer service and how to deal with the public. In 2003 it was time for a career change and he decided to take a leaf of faith and follow his brother who was already in Real Estate in Houston, TX. In his 14 years of experience he has closed hundreds of transactions representing both buyers and sellers, investors and Bank owned foreclosures. Richard has aligned himself with a team of top-notch mortgage lenders, title closers, inspectors, insurance, home warranty companies and surveyors who also demonstrate the willingness and desire to provide excellent customer service allowing the buyer to have a positive and enjoyable home buying experience. Richard in confident in his ability to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients on either side of the business transaction.
