Being a professional Realtor was a natural progression in Kim's career path and is her passion. Kim found her way to Austin after graduating from Texas State University with a BBA in Business Management in 2005 - Eat'em Up Cats! Her career began recruiting for large businesses transitioning to the construction field, to help custom and commercial builders change the Austin landscape. In 2008 Kim and her husband established Brodie Builders, LLC - a residential development company building spec homes in Central Austin. In 2009 she obtained her real estate license. Kim's continued hard work and tenacity has helped grow her business to continually have multi million dollar annual sales volume helping clients in all of Austin and surrounding cities. Welcome! Using my 25 years of experience in the local home building industry I started a real estate consulting business to help those like you buy and sell real estate.

Living in the same area for over 30 years has afforded me the opportunity to serve as a volunteer in several areas of the community. What I found is that volunteering helped me develop a skill of listening to the needs of those I was serving. I want you to be comfortable with the fact that I will be listening to your needs and not wasting your time.

Serving in the military, I developed a valuable life tool of discipline, staying on task until the mission was complete. Allow me to use that discipline to work for you by guiding you through the maze of the home buying and selling process.
