As a 4th generation Austinite, I've gotten to know my beautiful city pretty well. I got my start in the Austin real estate market in 2006 while doing property management covering the Barton Springs and South Lamar area. Afterwards, I moved on to a job dealing with condominium development and construction. That's where I fell in love with the big picture of renovations, design and project management.

I left the company in my mid 20s to persue my dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. I opened my first eyelash extension salon in 2009. We quickly grew to 3 Austin locations in a short 2 years. After 6 years and feeling burnt out with beauty, I decided to return to my original passion - the Austin real estate market.

I acquired my first flip house in 2015. The renovation and design process was incredibly rewarding and the project was a big success. Shorty after, I decided to embark on a career in real estate full time as an Austin Realtor.

I have managed to serve thousands of satisfied clients in Austin over my entrepreneurial lifetime. I am hard working and extremely dedicated to my clients. My keen eye for design and negotiating skills have set me apart from others.

Tom is a real estate Broker operating CAC Real Estate, Inc., a real estate brokerage. A native Texan, and Houstonian, Tom moved to the Austin area in 1999 after spending 10 years in California. Being familiar with Austin after spending time here in the 70's while President of the Texas Association of licensed Investigators, this was the only place to retire. Tom served in the Texas National Guard, 143rd Infantry Airborne, and the Army Reserve with an Honorable Discharge in 1975. After a 25 year career as a Private Investigator time had come to change professions. Previous skills include architectural drafting, commercial kitchen design, home construction and studying civil engineering. The change to real estate seemed to be the perfect fit for the next career while commercial real estate has become the main focus for the new career. Christy opened Frontdoor Real Estate Group, TX in June 2015 on a mission to further grow her business and expand into the urban living market & lifestyle. A veteran of the real estate business for over 12 years, Christy previously co-owned and operated a real estate agency, Frontdoor Realty Group, where she focused exclusively on New Home Builders and Developers in the Chicago-land suburbs and became the exclusive Broker Liaison to one of the top five home-builders in the market. When her passion evolved towards the city vs. the suburbs of Chicago, she decided to join the @properties team in 2008, whose extraordinary Brokers and agents she greatly enjoyed working with until she decided in 2012 to move back to Austin, TX to be closer to her family. Back in Austin, Christy re-familiarized herself with the Austin market by working for a local builder, as well as with Curve Realty.
