Bob founded Austin Real Estate Partners with his wife Melinda in 2003 after a successful 15-year career in finance, marketing and corporate strategy for such noted technology companies as Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Compaq Computer (now HP), and Vignette (now OPEN TEXT).

When not serving his clients directly, Bob serves on the Texas Association of REALTORS - Professional Standards Committee and the Austin Board of REALTORS - ACTRIS (MLS) Committee.

Kendra Small graduated from Texas Southern University with a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Environmental Policy. Her 10 years of experience in client management and sales industry has allowed her to cultivate an array of skills to meet the needs and goals of each client she serves. Kendra Small is invested in promoting a strong sense of community and economic growth in our neighborhoods. She is an active member in the community, volunteering with several organizations. I am located in Central Texas and work predominantly in residential real estate. I have been a realtor for over 10 years. I was inspired to get into real estate after buying my first home.
