Christine has been in the design and marketing field for over 20 years, ten of those years were spent running her own firm. She employs her entrepreneurial style to market client listings to sell for more money and in less time by leveraging digital targeting, marketing relationships, and resources.

As a luxury home specialist, Christine has access to a network of off-market and on-market listings, affording her client's access to properties that the general public will never see. This also creates an opportunity for discerning clients who wish to sell their properties privately while still targeting qualified buyers.

As a real estate investor herself, she also enjoys working with other investors to acquire new properties, utilize 1031 exchange, and help her clients liquidate their real estate holdings.

After hours, Christine spends time with her husband and three little Maltipoos Cami, Charlie, and Cooper. She also enjoys painting, playing pool, and watching Star Trek. Christine has a passion for design and real estate and has been blessed to work with the most amazing clients. She genuinely enjoys helping her clients accomplish their real estate goals thereby creating relationships that last a lifetime.

Joining Rianne's award-winning team after a successful career as a Program and Operations Manager for a global outsourcing firm (with Fortune 100 companies as his primary clients), Danny Sanchez has seen The Woodlands grow to what it has become today since 2001. An advocate for innovation and perfecting the Best Possible Real Estate Experience (SM), he understands very well that clients always come first. An active triathlete and Ironman finisher, Danny makes sure that clients feel right at home in the community, and that they are always in the know - not only in the realm of local activities and events, but also within the home buying process.

I was born in Dallas and traveled around the US with my family until we settled in Spring, Texas when I was five. My love of Real Estate and new home construction began in high school. Several years after graduating, I began working as an assistant and bookkeeper for a group of 16 Custom homebuilders in Cypress, Texas. The excitement of being involved in the homebuilding process from blueprints to completion motivated me to get my real estate license in 1990, and my Broker Associates license in 2015. In my free time I practice yoga, ride horses, travel, go to live music events, attend the Texas Renaissance Festival, and spend time near the ocean, or swimming like a mermaid in the pool. I absolutely love spending time with my family and friends, especially my 7- and 9-year-old nieces. I am also a big supporter of animal rights and I support local rescue groups in my community. Due to my Real Estate background, I am also obsessed with home remodeling and home decorating shows on the Discovery Channel. And of course, helping people find the perfect house while having some fun along the way. If I could do anything I wanted for a living and not get paid, it would be working with horses. I am the happiest when I can trade in my dresses and high heels for jeans and cowboy boots and ride horses all day.
