I got started in real estate before I could drive. Honestly, you could say I was born into real estate. From about the time I was in second grade I was working with my mother helping her clean up her own rental properties. As soon as I could push the lawn mower, I was put to work. Cutting grass, painting, cleaning, taking out the trash, I did anything mom needed to be done. From those experiences, I came to learn a lot of information regarding single family real estate investing.

Later in college, I purchased my first house and learned first hand what it meant to be a landlord. From cleaning up after my tenant, to negotiating repairs and handling late rent. I also learned a great deal about the power of leverage, how depreciation worked on my taxes, and how to dramatically increases my ROI on a property. From that one property, I have grown our investment business from one home in Tennessee to 6 homes in central Texas and more to come. In 2009, I started Neuhaus Realty Group to teach others how to invest in real estate. Along with my former business partner, Stephen Smith, we went on to sell over 250 million dollars in real estate in the last 9even years. With the help of a collection of agents around the State of Texas, we have been able to help many clients who would otherwise have to be sent to other brokers. Over the last 10 years, I have sold everything from commercial buildings just blocks from the state capital in Austin, to houses from Beaumont to San Antonio to Dallas, and everywhere in between. Recently I have been focusing on waterfront property and around the Blanco River where my family and I love to spend time.

I proudly serve the Central Texas community, focusing on Williamson, Travis and Bastrop County. I am bilingual and excited to help both English and Spanish speaking clients with their real estate needs. I bought my first home at 20 years old and became a realtor to help others find their dream home.

I received my real estate license in December of 2020, after completing my hours at Champions Real Estate School. When I am not helping buy or sell homes, I enjoy being with my family and shopping.

Patty says "I like to move quickly because you never know what is going to happen or how many people have looked at the house before you." A resident of Northwest Hills in Austin with her husband and two small children, Patty understands the needs of families and young professionals when looking for a home, and especially enjoys helping buyers moving to a new city and guiding sellers with homes that need a little TLC! Patty is a huge fan of the Compass Concierge program which helps sellers maximize their home value through fronting home improvement services. "I love seeing a house come to life and all it might take is a little bit of paint and brighter lighting!" Patty says. Patty transitioned to her successful real estate career from a three-year stint with a home builder. She learned a lot during that time and acquired a working, behind-the-scenes knowledge of new construction and remodeling that really can help her real estate clients. "I ran permits at the city, visited job sites, and picked out interior finishes." Before joining Compass, Patty worked as a sales manager for a small boutique real estate firm where she managed 10 agents, guiding their transactions and reviewing their contracts. Patty's extra time is short, but whenever she can, she volunteers with her children's PTO to help plan carnivals, yearbooks, happy hours, and other events. She enjoys working out, running, photography, traveling, and "squeezing in a social life.
