I was born in Dallas and traveled around the US with my family until we settled in Spring, Texas when I was five. My love of Real Estate and new home construction began in high school. Several years after graduating, I began working as an assistant and bookkeeper for a group of 16 Custom homebuilders in Cypress, Texas. The excitement of being involved in the homebuilding process from blueprints to completion motivated me to get my real estate license in 1990, and my Broker Associates license in 2015. In my free time I practice yoga, ride horses, travel, go to live music events, attend the Texas Renaissance Festival, and spend time near the ocean, or swimming like a mermaid in the pool. I absolutely love spending time with my family and friends, especially my 7- and 9-year-old nieces. I am also a big supporter of animal rights and I support local rescue groups in my community. Due to my Real Estate background, I am also obsessed with home remodeling and home decorating shows on the Discovery Channel. And of course, helping people find the perfect house while having some fun along the way. If I could do anything I wanted for a living and not get paid, it would be working with horses. I am the happiest when I can trade in my dresses and high heels for jeans and cowboy boots and ride horses all day. A native of Houston, Texas, and a proud graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio. Angelina has spent the last 15 years of her life dedicated to educating children in grades K-5. The relationships and lessons learned through education have and will always be a blessing to her. Angelina lives in League City with her husband of 18 years and her 2 children. During her free time, Angelina enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, being physically active, gardening and tending to her chickens. Angelina loves helping others. She prides herself on fulfilling the role of a "dependable, trusted, and knowledgeable agent" who can take the pressure off her clients by putting them first in every transaction. Angelina also enjoys building relationships with her clients and getting to know their goals, desires and wants.

Tracy Hicks began her career in Real Estate in 2006 working in the management office of Chase Tower in Dallas. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and an active member of the Cypress Fairbanks community and has been a Bridgeland resident for the past 12 years. She has extended knowledge in many areas of Real Estate including Commercial Property Management, Leasing, and Corporate Event Planning. Prior to working for The Lippincott Group, Tracy worked for Stream Realty, Transwestern and Hines in the corporate offices after graduating from Texas A&M University.













When she is not busy negotiating Real Estate deals, she enjoys playing tennis, cycling and photography. She currently volunteers as a Section Liaison at Bridgeland, volunteering at Pope Elementary and Sprague Middle School, and she is a member of the Informed Citizens Group and the Bridgeland Mommy and Me Group. She enjoys planning community events and playing Mahjong with friends. After a long day at work, you can find her on a stroll through the neighborhood of Bridgeland with her husband, Matt, her three children Carter, Olivia and Tatum, and her puppy, Duke.
