Using her blend of calm, educational and encouraging personality, she taps her knowledge from her own relocations, and her expert problem-solving skills honed during her time as a Building Systems Mechanical Engineer to best reach her client's real estate goals. Licensed since 2006, Kate has acquired a deep knowledge of the real estate market, having helped hundreds of families find the right property, counseling them along the way to keep the process as smooth as possible. She has helped buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, commercial clients, and investors. Being a landlord herself, Kate is able to help clients think strategically about how to leverage real estate as a long-term income goal. She is a graduate of both Leadership Montana and Leadership Austin. Kate donates to Foundation Communities, Austin Children's Shelter, Community First, Sustainable Food Center, PBS KLRU, NPR KUT, Hill Country Conservancy, Austin Pets Alive, Big Bend Conservancy, National Park Conservation Association and the Prevent Cancer Foundation.
