Nick Olson, REALTOR® with The Jamie McMartin Group in Katy, TX is a 5-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the Greater Houston Area. In over 60 real estate transactions, Nick has built a solid foundation of clients through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his clients' needs first. He studied Information Technology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and The University of Phoenix. He spent over 10 years working in several Technology roles such as System Engineering, Risk and Compliance, and Management. Passionate about helping new home buyers, Nick has continued to leverage his tech expertise as it becomes more and more important to provide the highest level of service to his clients. Active in the community, Nick has been a Katy ISD volunteer for the past 8 years and has also coached with Katy Youth Soccer. In his free time, you'll find Nick exploring the Houston area with his family, working out, and cheering on his kids' sports teams.

Susan graduated from Dartmouth College and worked in the investment banking and high-tech industries for 25 years before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2007. Susan's passion for service and expertise gives her clients a definite edge in Austin's competitive real estate market.Raised in Hawaii, Susan lived and worked in San Francisco and New York City before making her way to Austin in 1999. She's never looked back, but she has helped many friends and family relocate to the Texas state capital.Susan ensures her clients are confident throughout the real estate transaction.
