Austin has been my home since 1978, the natural beauty of Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park and the diverse culture make Austin an easy place to love and a difficult place to leave. My background includes twenty plus years of experience in residential insurance, credit and customer service. I also have experience in buying and remodeling investment property. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2007. My experience has given me skills that help my clients with one of the most important decisions of their life, buying and selling real estate.

Kourtney Neubauer has been in Real Estate since 2019 and has helped many wonderful clients purchase and sell single-family homes, multi-family homes and land. Throughout her career she has learned the key to business is keeping full communication and transparency with her clients. With over $10M in sales already, Kourtney is continuously working to provide her clients with the absolute best service possible. Kourtney has a background as a Paralegal in Elder Law and worked many years with families on estate planning, Medicaid planning and probate.

Kourtney's mom never lets her forget that she is a fourth generation native Houstonian and a natural born Texan. Kourtney grew up in the Friendswood area and is a CCISD and ACC alumna. While she is not assisting buyers/sellers, you will catch her and her husband playing chickenfoot, cruising, or spending time with their son and 2 dogs, Tig and Ribeye.

Kourtney currently resides in the Conroe area and has taken on most of the north and south Houston corridors. She is thrilled to be a part of the prestigious brokerage at Greg Tx Realty and focuses on helping Veterans, first-time homebuyers, investors and returning clients. With her years of experience and legal background, Kourtney is always ready to help her clients get to the closing table.
