A Houston Heights resident, I am in the heart of the city but well-versed with neighborhoods in many different parts of town, from Katy to Baytown, Pearland to Atascosita, Kemah to Cypress. I am a trained and experienced relocation specialist, and love doing residential leases and apartments just as much as investments and new construction. I have worked with large investment groups buying and leasing huge swaths of homes of as well as listed and sold HUD foreclosures. I grew up doing software development, and professionally have had roles in software development, e-commerce development, business and systems analysis, database administration, and technology consulting. This background has made me tirelessly persistent, taught me how to quickly anticipate and avoid obstacles that could otherwise halt transactions; it has given me the vision to see the best, the potential, in every scenario, and made me relentlessly determined to make all deals come to fruition. I guide my clients through the transaction from start to end so they know what to expect and how to overcome speed bumps; I will find a way to get your transaction closed no matter how difficult.
