It was a confusing and muddled experience that resulted in me making it my mission to help first time home buyers who are in a position like I was. I take pride in helping buyers through the entire process, making sure that they are provided with accurate information and a clear understanding from start to finish. I live on a small family farm where I actively breed both small and large livestock. As such in addition to having an understanding of what to look for in a suburban home I also have an understanding of what to look for in a farming or homesteading property. Meet Codie Blessing: Your Baytown Area Real Estate Agent A resident of Mont Belvieu for 32 years, and a former owner of a successful e-commerce business, I specialize in the sale of new and existing homes and land in Baytown, Mont Belvieu, Dayton, Anahuac, La Porte, Pasadena, Deer Park, Liberty, Crosby, Highlands, and surrounding areas.

Prior to REAL ESTATE I graduated from Barbers Hill ISD with a strong agriculture and work ethic background, obtaining my Lone Star Farmer Degree. I continued my education at Sam Houston State University for business. I attended Lone Star College and Lee College to further my business degree and obtained my cosmetology license.
