Paige Howell Dahiyat graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate in 2005. While in school she also worked in apartment leasing/management and interned in commercial real estate. Since graduating, Paige has worked as a full time licensed Realtor in the Austin area.

Paige spent her first 6 years in Austin working on a high volume real estate team. During that time she worked extensively with Austin luxury properties and Central Texas farm and ranch properties and was responsible for approximately $150M worth of real estate closings. On her own, Paige has focused primarily on residential properties but prides herself in her ability to work multiple facets of the market. Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to learn how to handle most things that might arise during a contract period. She can effectively communicate with clients to determine their needs and use her knowledge of the Austin area and local real estate market in order to help them turn their dream property into a reality.

On a personal note, Paige loves being outdoors, cooking, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog. Due to influences from her childhood, she has a love for antiques and projects. In her spare time she can often be found enjoying Austin at its finest – on the patios of different local establishments enjoying the music, cuisine and weather Austin has to offer.

As a Realtor at Central Metro Realty, Catherine Fry represents buyers and sellers in the top neighborhoods of Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. Ms. Fry is there to guide sellers through every step of the real estate transaction. From staging listings, to hosting open houses, to closing, she is there to simplify the process for her clients. She also provides access to industry leading marketing, including advertising on multiple websites, a variety of television channels, and print publications. Ms. Fry holds a degree in Business Administration from Russia State University for Humanities. She also studied at The University of St. Thomas. Prior to joining Central Metro Realty, Ms. Fry worked in several industries including Real Estate, Education, Medical, Oil & Gas, and Human Resources. Through her extensive career experience working in both big and small businesses, she has developed strong skills in communication, customer service, and problem solving. Ms. Fry has lived in several countries and fully understands the stress and fears that come with moving to a new place and finding the perfect home. She completely comprehends the challenge of adapting to a new location and is fully committed to easing the process for her customers.

Born and raised in Texas, this dynamo native Austinite is like no other! Lindsey earned her Bachelor's degree at Texas State University; double majoring in Exercise Sports Science Physical Therapy and Health and Wellness Promotions. She originally began her career assisting orthopedic surgeons in clinic and is no stranger to competitive situations, under high-stress circumstances. Lindsey started her real estate career with a bang, working alongside her Rockstar team at Keller Williams to win the Platinum Top 50 award. Her passion and dedication for real estate only grew from there. Lindsey has over a decade of customer service experience which has shaped her desire to provide others with an exceptional and favorable home buying/selling experience. Her focus is providing guidance and assisting sellers/buyers in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price, under the best terms. Lindsey is an active member of the Austin Board of REALTORS, Texas Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, and Young Women's Alliance. Lindsey is a fitness enthusiast that loves weightlifting, playing volleyball, paddle boarding and taking her dog Rémy to the greenbelt. She is also secretly a video game nerd and enjoys live music, coffee shops, and the outdoors.

My Start in Real Estate began and continues as a land acquisitions specialist working with builders and investors, which lead me to design and development of custom residential properties. With that extensive knowledge in real estate I am able to better serve my clients in a real estate transaction.
