Licensed since 2006, Kate has acquired a deep knowledge of the real estate market, having helped hundreds of families find the right property, counseling them along the way to keep the process as smooth as possible. She has helped buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, commercial clients, and investors. Being a landlord herself, Kate is able to help clients think strategically about how to leverage real estate as a long-term income goal. I didn't grow up here, but I got here as fast as I could. Nearly 40 years in the Austin Area has given me the opportunity to witness many changes in & around Austin. Austin has grown from the "sleepy college town" that drew me in to the busy city of today. Still I can't imagine living anywhere else!
