He studied Information Technology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and The University of Phoenix. He spent over 10 years working in several Technology roles such as System Engineering, Risk and Compliance, and Management. Active in the community, Nick has been a Katy ISD volunteer for the past 8 years and has also coached with Katy Youth Soccer. Kourtney Neubauer has been in Real Estate since 2019 and has helped many wonderful clients purchase and sell single-family homes, multi-family homes and land. Throughout her career she has learned the key to business is keeping full communication and transparency with her clients. Kourtney has a background as a Paralegal in Elder Law and worked many years with families on estate planning, Medicaid planning and probate.

Kourtney's mom never lets her forget that she is a fourth generation native Houstonian and a natural born Texan. Kourtney grew up in the Friendswood area and is a CCISD and ACC alumna. While she is not assisting buyers/sellers, you will catch her and her husband playing chickenfoot, cruising, or spending time with their son and 2 dogs, Tig and Ribeye.

Kourtney currently resides in the Conroe area and has taken on most of the north and south Houston corridors. She is thrilled to be a part of the prestigious brokerage at Greg Tx Realty and focuses on helping Veterans, first-time homebuyers, investors and returning clients.
