Born and raised in Austin, TX, Derrick Gonzales is more than familiar with all areas of Austin and the surrounding areas. His goal is not to simply sell a home, but to sell the lifestyle his clients' urn for. Derrick was drafted into the financial sector of downtown Austin fresh out of high school. While honing in on his finance skills during his decade long tenure with the company, he began to realize that his passion was in home sales and real estate investments. He had the foresight that his hometown was becoming a booming metropolis which gave him a leg up on an enormous opportunity. Derrick has fifteen years' experience in the field, including but not limited to residential sales, property management, investment properties and building portfolios for investors. Derrick's experience in the various fields of real estate has given him the ability to architect creative methods for attacking the deal for his clients. He not only provides clients with current market information and investment potential in a property, but he also provides the preparation you need in order to understand the process from contract to closing. Derrick's approach to finding home buyers their perfect home is what sets him apart from the herd. He spends a great deal of time with each and every client to really understand their needs and their wants. Whether it be amenities in a high rise condominium, or the school district in one of Austin's many suburban communities, his experience is a key tool in helping clients find exactly what they are looking for.  He focuses on his clients' financial goals, and guides them to understand how the purchase of a home will affect those goals. Derrick builds long term relationships with clients and as a result, he has a very loyal following and many return clients.

I moved to Fayette County in 2013 and knew that this was where I belonged, walking through densely wooded land and jumping over creeks, discovering that perfect place for a pond or a dream house. It's just like being a kid all over again and I get to do this every day.
