Kourtney Neubauer has been in Real Estate since 2019 and has helped many wonderful clients purchase and sell single-family homes, multi-family homes and land. Throughout her career she has learned the key to business is keeping full communication and transparency with her clients. With over $10M in sales already, Kourtney is continuously working to provide her clients with the absolute best service possible. Kourtney has a background as a Paralegal in Elder Law and worked many years with families on estate planning, Medicaid planning and probate.

Kourtney's mom never lets her forget that she is a fourth generation native Houstonian and a natural born Texan. Kourtney grew up in the Friendswood area and is a CCISD and ACC alumna. While she is not assisting buyers/sellers, you will catch her and her husband playing chickenfoot, cruising, or spending time with their son and 2 dogs, Tig and Ribeye.

Kourtney currently resides in the Conroe area and has taken on most of the north and south Houston corridors. She is thrilled to be a part of the prestigious brokerage at Greg Tx Realty and focuses on helping Veterans, first-time homebuyers, investors and returning clients. With her years of experience and legal background, Kourtney is always ready to help her clients get to the closing table.

I am originally from the Seattle area. I am married to an amazing lady and have an entrepreneurial son. I enjoy snowboarding, Olympic weightlifting, doing CrossFit and many other fun outdoor activities. I relocated to San Antonio in 2005 and met many amazing people while working all over Texas. In 2018 we bought a second home here in Port Aransas. The laid-back island life and all the fun outdoor activities to do here year-round made it an easy decision to move here full-time. Life does not get any better than here on our island paradise. I look forward to helping you find your amazing piece of paradise or any other real estate needs I can assist you with. I spent 20 years in the sales industry working for a global bakery ingredient manufacturer. I last worked as a Sales Director and National Business Development Director before retiring in 2017. I worked tirelessly to bring value to my clients while building many wonderful friendships. I am an extremely loyal, ethical, passionate and laser focused about taking outstanding care of my clients and their best interests. My love of helping people and personally buying and selling real estate over the years made my decision to become a realtor a very easy one.
