Selling or purchasing a home is a very personal, often emotional, experience for people, and one that Jeanne Gaida understands very well, both professionally and personally. A veteran of many personal moves, Jeanne has experienced the challenges and disruption that a move - any move - brings to families and individuals. As a Realtor, she draws on that experience as she guides her clients through the transaction process.

A resident of the Village of Sterling Ridge in The Woodlands, Jeanne is most conversant with The Woodlands and Tomball neighborhoods and, perhaps because of her own background, especially enjoys working with relocation clients. She is a skilled communicator who builds strong, long-term client relationships through her dedication to excellent service and a thorough understanding of each client's goal.

Prior to her career in residential real estate, Jeanne worked in fundraising, event planning and marketing. She excelled in building a network of contacts and clients and continues to expand that network as a Realtor. Jeanne values community service and her commitments include Habitat for Humanity in the Houston area.

Jeanne and her husband have an older daughter at Baylor University and a younger son who attends high school in The Woodlands. She enjoys cooking, being at the beach, and hiking with her family.

Susie's success and client loyalty come from her "high touch" approach to real estate service. By focusing on each client's unique needs and building relationships to ensure satisfaction, her dedication to service has resulted in relationships that have lasted many years and through multiple transactions. Susie is from Houston and has experience selling inside the Loop with concentration in the West University Place market. She lives in Austin and specializes in the Central Texas market, Susie is praised by clients for being "wildly knowledgeable about Austin real estate." She is a licensed real estate broker and holds the distinguished Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation. Susie is committed to educating clients so their decisions are based on facts, not just emotions. Having previously spent 12 years in sales, human resources and project management at Dell, she is a strong communicator, organizer and negotiator. To stay current on best business practices, Susie regularly attends real estate training courses and completed the executive education seminar, Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
