Kourtney Schniederjan loves every aspect of real estate and approaches her job as a realtor in a logical fashion. Holding a masters degree in education and seasoned by over a decade of experience as a counselor and educator, she brings a unique perspective and a skill set that has provided her with a keen insight into helping her clients achieve their individual real estate goals.
Representing both buyers and sellers, Kourtney sets herself apart with the use of a strong intuition into her clients' mindset, amazing organizational ability, and a dedication to maintaining a high standard for excellence and professionalism in her work. Southern roots and family values run deep in Kourtney, and she believes honesty and integrity are the keys to successful and lasting relationships with her clients.
Born and raised in a small town in North Texas, Kourtney has thoroughly enjoyed living in both rural areas and in town in both Denton and Cooke Counties.
Kourtney is also an enthusiastic lover of architecture, wine and travel. She is the proud mother of two outstanding boys and wife to her fabulous, husband Dale. She is also a proud pet owner to her favorite pooch, Olive.
