Theresa has over 30 years of real estate experience in all different aspects of the industry. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1989 as an assistant to 5 of the top producing commercial real estate brokers in Houston. After several years, with Coldwell Banker, she left to work for Carlisle, Inc. a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family housing and retail centers. Theresa was employed by Carlisle for over 20 years. Before joining the Reyes Realty Group, Theresa was employed by Mattress Firm as a Specialist in retail site procurement where she worked with real estate brokers all over the United States to find new locations.
Theresa's main goal as a real estate agent is helping her clients find the home that is suited for their lifestyle. Whether it is first time home buyers, growing young families or retirees looking for that special place to spend time with family, Theresa will give her clients her full attention and knowledge of real estate to find that perfect new home.

Theresa has been a resident of Alvin since 1969. She attended Alvin High School where she met her husband of 37 years. They have two children, who along with their spouses both own businesses in Alvin. When she is not busy with clients, you will find her spending time with her 9 grandchildren. A love of God and family is very important to Theresa.

With over 22 years in residential new construction and remodeling industry, I can provide an "insider" perspective to your home buying or home selling experience. Melissa has been a Real Estate Agent since 2007. Her career began at Coldwell Banker United and she hit the ground running making "Rookie of the Year". She left the corporate working world of Merrill Lynch and Vinson & Elkins Law Firm to begin her dream job. To this day she still says "it was the best decision I have ever made". She understands that the home is your biggest asset and loves helping her clients find their dream home. Melissa was born in Houston and raised in Bellaire Texas. She is very knowledgeable of the Houston market and surrounding areas. She decided to leave the big city and make her way to the Pearland/Friendswood area in the year 2000 to raise her family and she has not looked back. She is part of the RISE Mentoring Program which helps students rise above obstacles and succeed in school and life. She enjoys antiquing, decorating, art class, jewelry making and bible study. She is married to her husband Brian of 23 years and has a High School Junior and a Sophomore at Texas State University.
